Panormos - Parnassos Greece
The village of Panormos is the next village you will reach as you continue
heading west from the resort of Agii Pantes. The village itself appears to
be split in two by the main motorway road.

The main part of the village is built amphitheatrically on one of the mountain
slopes, and from here provides lovely views out towards the sea and the
beach.
On heading up to the main part of the village, you will pass through olive
groves, which offer a real sense of tranquility and beauty about them.
As you arrive in the main part of the village, you will come across a small
square that is used for parking by the locals. Slightly above this square
is the main church of the village.
The beach part of Panormos is located on the opposite side of the motorway
road, on the coast. Here the locals head for the swim and relaxation in
the sun.
The village itself is one that seems to bo void of any tourist facilities,
but you will find a cafe of taverna here where you can enjoy a meal or drink.
The village seems to be one more filled with locals from around the area,
rather than visitors from abroad. However, it is still worth making a stop,
if only to admire the lovely views that are on offer here.
